Vinorelbine
Distribution- Widely distributed in the body.80-90% bound to the plasma proteins. It crosses the blood brain barrier.
Metabolism- It metabolized in the liver to its metabolites. Deacetylvinorelbine is its active metabolite and vinorelbine N-oxide is its inactive metabolite.
Excretion- Excreted via urine (18%, 11% as unchanged form) and bile.

4. Ovarian cancer (epithelial)
5. Testicular cancer
6. Hodkins disease
7. Choriocarcinoma
8. Squamous cell carcinoma
9. Cancer of head and neck
10. Renal cell cancer
11. Kaposis sarcoma
Mitomycin: Produce pulmonary reactions
Adult -
30mg/metre square weekly over a period of 6- 10 minutes.
