Serratiopeptidase hydrolyze bradykinin, histamine, serotoxin responsible for oedema. It reduces swelling improves microcirculation and expectoration of sputum. Due to this action Serratiopeptidase has anti-inflammatory, antioedemic and fibrinolytic activity and act rapidly on localized inflammation.
