About NALBUPHINE
Synthetic opiate agonist/antagonist, Narcotic analgesics
Mechanism of Action of NALBUPHINE
Nalbuphine is a phenanthrene derivative opioid analgesic with mixed opioid agonist and antagonist activity. It inhibits the ascending pain pathways, altering the perception of and response to pain by binding to opiate receptors in the CNS. Nalbuphine is thought primarily to be a kappa agonist. It is also a partial mu antagonist analgesic, with some binding to the delta receptor and minimal agonist activity at the sigma receptor

Please be aware that you should take nalbuphine only if a doctor has recommended or prescribed it. Some or all pharmacies who provide a home delivery service for medicines might insist on a prescription for nalbuphine before they complete the sale. You can get this information while placing the order for nalbuphine with the pharmacy.

NALBUPHINE is a generic medicine name and there are several brands available for it. Some of the brands for nalbuphine might be better known than nalbuphine itself.
