3. Patients taking bone marrow suppressants
4. Potential use of haemolytic drugs.

1.Methhaemoglobin reductase deficient patients
2.G-6-PD deficiency

1. Malaria
2. Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia

Interactions for Primaquine

Quinacrine: May potentiate toxicity. Do not administer primaquine to patients who have recently received quinacrine.

Adult: 15 mg base daily for 2 weeks
Children: 0.3 mg base /kg body weight /day
