Mechanism of Action of Duloxetine
Duloxetine preferentially inhibits the re-uptake of Noradrenaline and Serotonin (5 HT) in the CNS nerve terminals .This will result in an increased concentration of neurotransmitter Serotonin in the synaptic cleft and produces antidepressant effect
